the room was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the bar had free welcome sangrias which was very nice. i had free access to some of their spa offerings.
Bedrooms were very small. when i showered, the bathroom would flood. the pillows were too small, and the mattress was terrible. I woke up with a sore back every morning.

The staff was very friendly. The bar offered free welcome sangrias, a nice touch. I also received free access to some spa facilities. Taxis are readily available right outside the hotel, providing convenient transportation.

the front desk staff was great. the security guard was fantastic and helpful and recommended places to go. the hotel is two or three blocks from the metro train station yellow line. this line takes you to all major attractions and is a pleasant and safe twelve minute walk from the beach.
the rooms looked tatty and there were stains on mattresses.

I appreciated the really spacious room. breakfast was delicious and plentiful, including local cava. ninety minutes per day were allocated to the spa. A great bonus!!! the yellow line stop is close.
I found spa basics like gowns and slippers requiring rental fees. This felt unnecessary. basic in-room amenities were not replenished automatically. when i asked for more tea, i had to go to reception for a single tea bag and two milk pods.

the location was convienient i guess, but what isn't these days? the functional ac sort of made up for the general lack of charm.
the spa was a joke, gowns and slippers cost extra! like i'm gonna parade around in my street clothes. i seemed like i was being nickeled and dimed for basic stuff.
